Was a great experience the installers that came were super nice and very professional. They kept me informed during the whole process and explained what they were doing each day and what to expect. So I have been very happy with my two installs. I have three things that need to be looked at and I was having a problem getting through to someone to help me. I finally got through to someone today and spoke with Krista. She was super sweet and got me an appt to have things fixed. I also received a call about my previous review (I left somewhat of a mad review). But I have been taken care of and was reassured I was a valued customer. I appreciate what y’all have done. One problem I have with Bath Experts is that when a person is sent to your home, you are pressured into making a decision. Once the salesperson leaves your home, the price of their installation goes up substantially! Unfortunately, I am a widow and made the wrong decision. Hind sight is so much clearer! I have three other issues with this shower: 1. I was told that the shower would be floor level and it is not. I still have to step up approximately 4” and am always afraid of falling. 2.
