They did damage to our wall and ceiling. The technician also had a large gap that he tried to fill with caulk so we have a very wide (an inch) on one of the seams. My husband has tried repeatedly to get them to stand behind the work and they don’t return the messages.
They did a fantastic job. We love our new shower. Would highly recommend.
Bath Experts did an EXCELLENT job on our tub to walk-in shower conversion. Our installers, Brock and Anthony were real craftsmen AND were kind, considerate and polite during the ONE DAY they were here.
We had a shower drip yesterday and Brock saved the day for us by coming out today and fixing our leak!👏🏻we love our new Walk in shower,so easy to clean and the access is so easy for us to step in and out!..If you need an installer I highly recommend Brock he is super nice,kind and genuine and does professional work!👏🏻😊I would like to add Anthony also did fantastic work on our tub to walk in shower conversion.He was super nice,kind,and cleaned up during the renovation!Attttt👏🏻😊
Mixed bag. Communication (between salesperson, the person who came to measure and take photos for the job, and the installers) was less than ideal. Installers came without necessary information and without all the tools. They had to postpone work until the next week. Installation day was efficient and neat, BUT power to an existing functioning light fixture up above the installation ( which had been seen and approved by the salesperson and the measurer) was apparently damaged , because when the shower was first used the... read more
