First of all our sales rep Luis Pedroza was great. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. He was very friendly and helped us pick out the perfect products for our shower. We loved him. The 2 people (I can’t remember their names) who installed our shower did a beautiful job in installing our shower. 1 day installation (less than 8 hrs) for shower, including removal of old tub/shower surround, Workers were very conscientious about keeping house & floors clean & even swept up any little messes from the old shower & wall removal. Great improvement in our bathroom with just a shower makeover. They even made an extra trip the next day to deliver a requested longer hose for the handheld shower wand. Very pleased with Bath Experts quality & customer service.
I love my new shower. The man in charge of the installation was very professional, even covering the carpet so they didn’t track in dirt. Nobody does that anymore. It’s a pricey purchase but a good investment. I do wish the app would have kept me better informed of the project stages though.
We were able to watch and comment on the install as it occurred. Not that they needed us but we felt good they answered our questions and were patient with us. Excellent results. Very pleased. It’s a two day project not one day as advertised. Good communication through the whole process. Faster than we were told as well. Highly recommend.
I was replacing an outdated shower and the process was easy, efficient and ending in a great result. Lonnie and Kaleb were kind, kept me updated and did a great installation! Before and after pictures.
