First of all our sales rep Luis Pedroza was great. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. He was very friendly and helped us pick out the perfect products for our shower. We loved him. The 2 people (I can’t remember their names) who installed our shower did a beautiful job in installing our shower. They were very fast, thorough and knowledgeable about what they were doing. He said he would be done at 4:00 and he was. They also made sure everything was clean before they left. 1 day installation (less than 8 hrs) for shower, including removal of old tub/shower surround, Workers were very conscientious about keeping house & floors clean & even swept up any little messes from the old shower & wall removal. Great improvement in our bathroom with just a shower makeover. They even made an extra trip the next day to deliver a requested longer hose for the handheld shower wand. Very pleased with Bath Experts quality & customer service.
Lonnie & JJ did an amazing job. Very professional and worked as a team. Worked on a Saturday to work with our schedule. Looks fantastic and can't wait to use my new walk-in shower...in 24 hours that is! 😊 Would definitely recommend these 2 installers. Cleaned everything up and you couldn't even tell they were here. Will add my shower curtain after the caulking has dried.
Lonnie & Kaleb were so nice and kind and they did a beautiful job on my shower , and I would highly recommend them to anyone and your service to sorry this is late but had an emergency and couldn’t do this till now
Great experience! Lonnie S. and crew were on time, worked efficiently, thoroughly cleaned the work area and were very respectful of me and my home. The bath tub is beautiful! I am so pleased!!! I would highly recommend this company and their installers.
