1 day installation (less than 8 hrs) for shower, including removal of old tub/shower surround, Workers were very conscientious about keeping house & floors clean & even swept up any little messes from the old shower & wall removal. Great improvement in our bathroom with just a shower makeover. They even made an extra trip the next day to deliver a requested longer hose for the handheld shower wand. Very pleased with Bath Experts quality & customer service.
Lonnie & JJ did an amazing job. Very professional and worked as a team. Worked on a Saturday to work with our schedule. Looks fantastic and can't wait to use my new walk-in shower...in 24 hours that is! 😊 Would definitely recommend these 2 installers. Cleaned everything up and you couldn't even tell they were here. Will add my shower curtain after the caulking has dried.
I am loving my new bath and shower from Bath Experts. My install team of Lonnie, Brock, and Nathan were on time, professional, meticulous about their work, and very friendly. And a big thanks to Tony for his hands-on leadership and oversight of my project.
Tanisha our sales rep was very professional and helped us make decisions in our shower remodel so we can age in place. Unfortunately for installers, Selie and Jackson, the day was brutally hot. Fortunately, they were able to work in our garage that at least afforded them some shade. They were very professional and very friendly. I advised them that my husband has Alzheimer's.
