1 day installation (less than 8 hrs) for shower, including removal of old tub/shower surround, Workers were very conscientious about keeping house & floors clean & even swept up any little messes from the old shower & wall removal. Great improvement in our bathroom with just a shower makeover. They even made an extra trip the next day to deliver a requested longer hose for the handheld shower wand. Very pleased with Bath Experts quality & customer service.
They did a shower conversion which we needed after my wife had life altering health issues. It looks great and they were able to get it scheduled with in a month. There are a couple of negatives for me, though it does not reflect on the installation company. They did a very good job. The product is way over priced. I needed it quickly and they were able to get it done. The second issue is the base flooring. It's advertised as anti- slip. That is not so true. My old tub was more effective. The best company and staff working for them and the client. They did a fantastic job on our walk in shower! Their product and warranty can't be beat, love my new shower. Nate and Brock were courteous and professional and did a great job. Thank you for all you did.
Lonnie & JJ did an amazing job. Very professional and worked as a team. Worked on a Saturday to work with our schedule. Looks fantastic and can't wait to use my new walk-in shower...in 24 hours that is! 😊 Would definitely recommend these 2 installers. Cleaned everything up and you couldn't even tell they were here. Will add my shower curtain after the caulking has dried.
Lonnie & Kaleb were so nice and kind and they did a beautiful job on my shower , and I would highly recommend them to anyone and your service to sorry this is late but had an emergency and couldn’t do this till now
