Lonnie & JJ did an amazing job. Very professional and worked as a team. Worked on a Saturday to work with our schedule. Looks fantastic and can't wait to use my new walk-in shower...in 24 hours that is! 😊 Would definitely recommend these 2 installers. Cleaned everything up and you couldn't even tell they were here. Will add my shower curtain after the caulking has dried.
I am loving my new bath and shower from Bath Experts. My install team of Lonnie, Brock, and Nathan were on time, professional, meticulous about their work, and very friendly. And a big thanks to Tony for his hands-on leadership and oversight of my project.
I have been very pleased with the whole process from Matthew, my sales associate, letting me have the time I needed to make a decision. It took a few minutes for installation, which I expected, put when it came time to install they move fast. The installers came and installed my new shower in one day!!! I had an issue and Krista at Bath Experts had someone at my house at 9am the following day. He fixed the issue and left without costing me a dime! Fantastic experience with Bath Experts today. Both of the installers were polite, considerate, listened to and answered any questions we had. The bathroom looks fantastic. Very professional all around from when Tony came out to give us options to the install today. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Bath Experts!!
Had our shower and tub removed then made our shower bigger and leaving the empty space for shelving. The removal went fine. But the workers who installed everything were sub par. Lacked basic tool skills. Damaged many things in the process to include the new shower. Had a big scratch on the panel and stripped all the screws for the shelving inside the shower and chipped the bars. Busted through the drywall into my bedroom while doing the demo and busted the window ledge as well. Had to come back 2 additional times to repair ... read more
