First of all our sales rep Luis Pedroza was great. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. He was very friendly and helped us pick out the perfect products for our shower. We loved him. The 2 people (I can’t remember their names) who installed our shower did a beautiful job in installing our shower. They were very fast, thorough and knowledgeable about what they were doing. He said he would be done at 4:00 and he was. They also made sure everything was clean before they left. The gentlemen that came out and service my family's bathroom did and amazing job! Jackson was very polite and manner able, Tawuan was very informative and made sure to include my input in where I would like the placing for certain shelves, grab bars for my family member's comfortability to shower in her new shower. The guys made sure to go over the service order prior to starting the install. Once, completed they made sure to go over the proper way to use the new showerhead. Lonnie & JJ did an amazing job. Very professional and worked as a team. Worked on a Saturday to work with our schedule. Looks fantastic and can't wait to use my new walk-in shower...in 24 hours that is! 😊 Would definitely recommend these 2 installers. Cleaned everything up and you couldn't even tell they were here. Will add my shower curtain after the caulking has dried.

Lonnie & Kaleb were so nice and kind and they did a beautiful job on my shower , and I would highly recommend them to anyone and your service to sorry this is late but had an emergency and couldn’t do this till now

1 day installation (less than 8 hrs) for shower, including removal of old tub/shower surround, Workers were very conscientious about keeping house & floors clean & even swept up any little messes from the old shower & wall removal. Great improvement in our bathroom with just a shower makeover. They even made an extra trip the next day to deliver a requested longer hose for the handheld shower wand. Very pleased with Bath Experts quality & customer service.
