1st My Design Consultant Tschaun was so knowledgeable and helpful in creating our design for our Bath to Shower Conversion. The installers Troy and Jessie did the job fast efficiently and no mess was left behind. My experience was Great!!!
I wad told j would qualify for some additional discounts but none were ever really provided. That was my fault. I should have backed out of the deal. Paid too much for a shower. The installers were great. Very polite and worked quickly. There was a knob missing for one of the shower doors, and I have yet to hear from anyone. Funny they call you enough when trying to make the deal but forget about you after the fact.
The entire experience of coverting the tub to a walk in shower with Bath Experts was excellent. Meeting with design consultant, Tom Fowler, was easy. He was knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. Had an inefficient dark tiled shower from late 90s replaced with a light gray marbled look walls with matte black fixtures. The guest bathroom was also from the 90s & had a tub surround which had seen better days. Replaced with a shower with same light gray walls & brushed nickel fixtures. What a nice experience! Installers were very good, detailed & just nice people. They were cordial and we enjoyed having them in our home. The materials installed look first rate and we both are excited to use the new shower after the 24 hour drying period.
