I was very pleased with with Dave and is helper. They installed my best to shower conversion in the timely manner. They ask me questions throughout the install. They were clean drop cloth everywhere. As you can tell, I still have to finish my floor vanity and toibut, but otherwise everything is beautiful.
Amazing! They kept their promise to arrive between 8 and 9:00 am. Jason called 1/2 hour before arriving as promised and arrived at 8:45 am. Then David arrived and he assisted Jason in completing the project. I would recommend anyone to sign up for their recent promotion; No payments, No interest, waive all installation costs.
Brian and Jon did an excellent job on my new walking shower. They were very professional, friendly, worked as a team, cleaned up after the job was done and answered all my questions. I expected the work to be done in two full days (as per their quote), however, my shower was fitted in one day. The transformation is fantastic and cannot wait to use it within the next 24 hours. We love our new shower! Brian arrived at 9:00am and completed the installation in one day. He was professional and personable, explaining all of the ins and outs of the shower head and hand held as well. Highly recommend this company and their well qualified employees.
Our installers arrived as they informed us. There was a delay of several days because someone’s wife was in labor. Our lead installer, Jordan-and his crew knew exactly what to do and started immediately. At one point they had to go back to the shop because of incorrect measurements provided by the salesperson. This delay caused them to run past the desired finish time but they stayed until 6 or 6:30 and finished the job. The job was completed in one day despite the incorrect measurements.
