03/31/2025 - This was my first time at Amarillo Spine Institute, and it was an absolutely pleasurable experience. The facility appeared clean and well-kept, and the waiting area was acceptably comfortable. The front staff was extremely professional, polite, and efficient, making the check-in and registration process as painless as possible. Great staff as always! REALLY disappointed that Mary Anderson is no longer there. She will be truly missed. She had the heart of a person that truly “cared” for her patients.
Mostly everyone is nice here. Except there's seems to be miscommunication between the time the nurses tell you to take it easy for a few days. No heavy lifts no moving. And the office staff in the only being able to print a note for one day.. regardless of post procedure instructions. And RUDE about it .. the one with a pink bubbly keyboard.
My first 3 visits with Dr. Lee and his staff were so amazing that I spoke highly to my family about my new pain clinic experience and had referred one of my friends that was currently seeing Dr. Murrell, my former doctor. On my most recent visit, Tuesday, August 6th, I encountered Mary Anderson and it was evident that she didn't care for merely questioning her recommendations to the point that she didn't allow me to finish my sentences without interrupting me. All these drs offices switching over to NP’s are something else. Demand to see your doctor. That’s what you’re paying for. Don’t take no for an answer, there are other places.
