03/31/2025 - This was my first time at Amarillo Spine Institute, and it was an absolutely pleasurable experience. The facility appeared clean and well-kept, and the waiting area was acceptably comfortable. The front staff was extremely professional, polite, and efficient, making the check-in and registration process as painless as possible. I was so scared at first, scared that the dr’s would not take me seriously as I am a “younger” adult. But Dr Lee was very kind and took my symptoms seriously. Finally, a dr who wants to listen and give their patient top quality treatment. I am already on the path of living a more pain-free life thanks to him!
Great staff as always! REALLY disappointed that Mary Anderson is no longer there. She will be truly missed. She had the heart of a person that truly “cared” for her patients.
My first 3 visits with Dr. Lee and his staff were so amazing that I spoke highly to my family about my new pain clinic experience and had referred one of my friends that was currently seeing Dr. Murrell, my former doctor. On my most recent visit, Tuesday, August 6th, I encountered Mary Anderson and it was evident that she didn't care for merely questioning her recommendations to the point that she didn't allow me to finish my sentences without interrupting me.
