I used this banks ATM and while in the process of about to dispense my money the screen went blank and said it was resetting itself. I then went inside and spoke with someone as soon as they opened and all this lady told me was there is nothing that can be done. I asked Karen to contact the ATM people or try to see if there is an overage and they refused to help. i was told since I'm not a member of their bank that I would have to figure things out on my own. Karen Reed in the San Antonio Branch went above and beyond to help us order and purchase scratch pads. She was wonderful to work with as she made sure that when we went to the branch, the amount we needed would be there to purchase. We just happened to be visiting from another state and had talked to her prior to our arrival in Texas, so it worked out perfectly!

First off, customer service is rude and seems bothered that you call. They say their name but dont say hello or announce you are even calling the bank, I thought I had the wrong number. Secondly, there is no way to view or make changes to your loan, view loan balance or make changes to payments online, which is pretty absurd. It's completely inconvenient for this day and age when everything is done online. They really need to update there banking system and get with the times!!

This branch is EXCELLENT! Their staff is very professional, kind and accommodating, especially Billie, Yasmin, Emily, Mikaela, Karen, Kimberly. We feel very confident doing our business banking with Amarillo Bank.
