Called in several times to get a payoff, received the amount from both Paloma and Regina. Sent in the money and have a credit balance of approximately $700. Called in today and Victoria says I will not be getting a refund. We'll say what my attorney says...Avoid anything to do with this bank. They have been nothing but unprofessional
Crystal and her team made the process of home buying so pleasant and smooth. We couldn't have picked a better lender. Our realtor even stated that this was the smoothest deal she's ever had. Always helpful with my personal banking but even more amazing as a lender.
I paid off my truck loan early. When ANB finally got around to mailing me a refund check, it was dated 10 months ago. After calling for days and spending hours on hold waiting for help, with promises of return phone calls never made, I finally spoke with someone named Tiffani who was very helpful and professional. She is the only reason this review isn't scored lower.
