I want to sincerely thank Salma Balero and Ally at Amarillo Bank for all their help with all the approvals. They’ve been incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional from the very beginning. Whether it was answering questions, following up on documents, or just keeping me updated, they made everything feel easy and smooth. Truly appreciate their support—couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with!

The interaction this branch had with KUTL News was appalling and very unprofessional. Seeing one of your employees flip that journalist off was disgusting. Do better Amarillo National!

I'm the person helping Alfredo Molina dealing with cancellation of auto-draft payment, after the loan is been paid in full they continue collecting money for 2 months as of now and it shows schedule to continue. we have called twice to cancelled.

Had the best experience with Emily! She was very patient and explained every step of the process while setting up my accounts for savings, credit card, Roth IRA. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything before signing documents. Highly recommend working with her and her amazing customer service!
