I got a car with them back in 2022 and had to let it go back due to the air compressor going out, some sensors and ultimately being inoperable. They only were able to auction it off for about 6k due to everything needing to be fixed. I live in Texas and riding in a car with no air and leather seats could be considered child abuse. Just wanted warn people if that you lapse your insurance for your vehicle that this bank will charge you outrageous fees for their so called insurance and not including late fees to go with it. Never was late on my truck payment just accidentally let the insurance go for a few months and even asked to refinance it and etc they wouldn’t . Just be careful with their extremely high so called insurance and fees. This was an awesome place and the friendliest bank in the DFW. Allyson was able to help us get our car loan and open a bank account. The whole staff is very friendly and Allyson truly cares about her clients. I am an Amarillo native, and did not expect for this branch to have the same hometown service! After being told my payment was made on time on April 15, and then receiving an email showing my April payment was processed. I am now receiving a phone call from Lynnie Pham who was VERY rude on May 11 that my April payment wasn't processed. I was also told that I should've received an email stating that my payment wasn't processed returned but I was not notified until now and my May payment is due on the 18th. If I could give them 0 stars I would!
