I'm the person helping Alfredo Molina dealing with cancellation of auto-draft payment, after the loan is been paid in full they continue collecting money for 2 months as of now and it shows schedule to continue. we have called twice to cancelled.

Called in several times to get a payoff, received the amount from both Paloma and Regina. Sent in the money and have a credit balance of approximately $700. Called in today and Victoria says I will not be getting a refund. We'll say what my attorney says...Avoid anything to do with this bank. They have been nothing but unprofessional
