i come here every week and usually have a pleasant experience but today i walked up to angels window while she was counting money and was met with a cold attitude, she didnt even acknowledge me so then i felt bad like i shouldnt be there, and she made a comment about my ID being expired and just seemed super distant during the entire transaction, didnt offer me an envelope like usual and when i asked seemed inconvenienced and put it on top of my money instead of putting it together like they usuaully do, it just felt like sh... read more
All I know is that if I’ve ever had a question or concern, I can count on Sam Calcote to help me out. Plus I got a really cool cup and ball cap just for needing some help. ANB had always been good to me and for my business deals.
They need to readjust their hours. It says on google that they close at 7pm I pulled up at my 6:10pm and all the lanes were closed. See my pic for evidence. 1 day after writing my review I was contacted by ANB and notified that the bank in United Market street is the one that stays opened Im until 7 pm. Thank you for clearing that up ANB. Back to 5 stars it is!!
I tried to call this branch around 30-40 minutes before they close, since this branch closes later than the others, but they don’t answer the phone. I called Market Street phone to see if they were open and I was told by one of the associates the bank’s phone quit ringing at 5:30pm, and that Market Street associates could not help me to get in touch with somebody in the bank.
