It’s always a pleasant experience at this branch. I make daily deposits for my store, and even on the branch’s busiest days, the line moves quickly and efficiently. The employees are great! This branch is top tier in my opinion.
I've been with ANB for 20 years. They've been wonderful. My loan officer is Petra, and she is amazing. I wouldn't think of using any other bank.
I usually don’t have problem with ANB I’ve been banking with them personal & businesses over 17yrs. Whoever this location is the worst location I’ll stop using them even though they’re near my office I hope the branch manager will do something about it. Otherwise I’ll bank with someone else.
The young lady that helped me start a checking account seemed as if she was bothered she had to help me. I wasn't impressed with Kelli. I deposited 3517.50 from my job Northwest Hospital which was my relocation bonus. My direct deposit didn't go through on the first paycheck so they gave out paper checks. I specifically asked will I have money available and that I needed a cashier's check. She said, I think you will be ok because it's not 10k. Christina Gamboa from the Tascosa brand was absolutely horrible! I was in a situation where I needed funds available as soon as possible and told her to call me when they were since she was taking care of me and she never called me. She did not offer me to enter her office either I had to start explaining my situation in the lobby by her doorway. How sad that I have to ask to come in her office.
