Branch Manager Brian Rea has gone above and beyond in helping us with all our banking needs on many occasions. Most recently, he assisted us with our vehicle loan, and the entire process was incredibly easy and convenient. Even the seller was amazed at how smoothly everything went.Thank you so much, Brian, for always answering our questions and supporting us with whatever we need. We live on Georgia St., and instead of going to the branch near by we drive to the branch on Hillside St. because of the outstanding service.
Over the past couple of years, I have worked frequently with the Hillside branch. Staff has always been great to work even when they were going through their remodel and space was tight or hectic. They have also saved me a lot of time by having documents prepared beforehand and then ready for me to sign when I walk in. I have really appreciated all the help.
I highly recommend going to this branch of ANB. They are all very helpful with anything you need. I have had encounters with Brandon from loans, Baylor when setting up a new account, and the branch manager Brian Rea. They are all extremely professional and knowledgeable to help with anything you need.
Female working switchboard in the morning ,bad attitude why people like that work frontline customer service is beyond me . Contacted the wiring department regarding necessary information, but there was no response after leaving my contact details. ( not the first time) Contact operations twice, explained that its an international verification request, then given the domestic verification paperwork. Indifference ,negativity and I don't care.
