Every single time we come to this bank it's always something, Always treated rude! This bank is very Disrespectful!! How do you have tellers calling customers liars and managers arguing and yelling at customers? All we wanted to do was cash a check, mind you the check was issued through the bank and we have an account there! Then told that we are lying about having an account and then go to the manager and no help there.... y'all need to really look at your employees and train them better or something!!!!!!!! I went in to cash my paycheck, which is issued by this bank, and I even have an account here. Despite this, the teller refused to cash it and claimed I didn’t have an account. The teller even called me a liar. I waited over an hour just to try to access the money I earned, only to argue with the manager about it. Very disappointing experience.
Fast, friendly, courteous staff. I also appreciate the 'upgrades' to the bank policies and the way they get things done! Great improvements. Keep up the good work, everyone!
After having a lot of trouble with my previous bank, I switched to ANB. Everyone there was very friendly and professional and it didn't take long at all. I also secured a small loan with a reasonable interest rate. I would highly recommend this bank.
Stay away from this institution. They don't care about their customers. There was an issue with my insurance coverage and instead of working with me they were rude and inconsiderate. Do business elsewhere. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!
