Opened an account today with Hanna! She was great. Very professional and made me feel welcomed from the minute I walked in. I saw her leave for what I’m sure was her lunch break while I was in the parking lot. That means she must’ve took the time to take care of me during her time for a break. Amarillo National Bank at Canyon (79015) branch are the sweetest Banking people I have ever met. I never expected to have a coffee, but the lady at the front desk enquired if I walked to the bank and upon knowing I did, she offered me a coffee from their kitchen, which she herself served me. The reason I went in there was to have my card deactivated and have a new one issued and guess what, the process is seamless and easy, I got the card in 5 minutes.
