Braden Hunt was amazing! If loan approvals were an Olympic sport, he’d have more gold than Fort Knox. Fast, friendly, and somehow made interest rates sound exciting. Listen great people very nice but their check processing takes years. I deposit a check Saturday and still see no sign of it and its Tuesday morning. Im annoyed with this. As a person who lives off that money they make it real hard to even get to. How much you want to bet I wont have I till Wednesday and midnight. The people that work here are so friendly and helpful. Hanna helped me out today 10/10 customer service. All of their staff from inside the bank to over the phone app service are super accommodating. Highly recommend banking here. You feel like a valued customer here.

After the recent damaging weather, I have had to make a few trips to the bank with insurance checks. I know I am not the only customer dealing with insurance claims currently. Each time I have gone it seems the staff is unknowledgeable on the process. The lack of understanding leads to wasted time and unnecessary stress. In the future, especially after a large storm, please educate your staff on how the insurance claim process works to turn a potentially frustrating experience into a seamless one.
