Amarillo National Bank at Canyon (79015) branch are the sweetest Banking people I have ever met. I never expected to have a coffee, but the lady at the front desk enquired if I walked to the bank and upon knowing I did, she offered me a coffee from their kitchen, which she herself served me. The reason I went in there was to have my card deactivated and have a new one issued and guess what, the process is seamless and easy, I got the card in 5 minutes. Braden Hunt was amazing! If loan approvals were an Olympic sport, he’d have more gold than Fort Knox. Fast, friendly, and somehow made interest rates sound exciting. Hands down the best loan officer around! Buh took great care of me and made everything smooth and stress-free. If you know, you know Rooskin gets it done every time.

Listen great people very nice but their check processing takes years. I deposit a check Saturday and still see no sign of it and its Tuesday morning. Im annoyed with this. As a person who lives off that money they make it real hard to even get to. How much you want to bet I wont have I till Wednesday and midnight. The people that work here are so friendly and helpful. Hanna helped me out today 10/10 customer service. All of their staff from inside the bank to over the phone app service are super accommodating. Highly recommend banking here. You feel like a valued customer here.
