I have had nothing but terrible service using ANB, do not use them if you can help it. Especially be sure to never use Zelle, if there is a problem they won't help you and you just have to pray you end up getting your money. Absolutely terrible, stay away!
Worst bank to open a business account don’t get me wrong. They treat you good in the person account and which is so weird you have overdraft in the personal in the business. They rejected my payments for one dollar short which is make me wonder what kind of bank is we reject Tim payments in total of $7000 And they just could reject one payment instead reject the seven because all the short was just one dollar I don’t really know what’s going on with this bank. Lack of information to the customer, unprofessional and even disrespectful with their attitude. Transfer without telling me, no explanation for my question and won’t take a complain or denying a transfer to the manager.
It's 3:30am I needed to check my account to make plans for the upcoming day been with ama . Natinal bank for a long time as a valued custumer! For the first time ever I needed a security code I d k why never needed one before now I'm locked out of my account! When they send me a code it disappeared to quickly! I'm not a happy custumer probably change banks!
Bliss runs a tight ship ,,,,, professional ,,,, polite,, and productive. Everyone is courteous ,,,kind and eager to help ,,,,when you walk in you get greeted by several employees ready to help you.
