It's 3:30am I needed to check my account to make plans for the upcoming day been with ama . Natinal bank for a long time as a valued custumer! For the first time ever I needed a security code I d k why never needed one before now I'm locked out of my account! When they send me a code it disappeared to quickly! I'm not a happy custumer probably change banks!
Lack of information to the customer, unprofessional and even disrespectful with their attitude. Transfer without telling me, no explanation for my question and won’t take a complain or denying a transfer to the manager.
