Not impressed with their service. I wasn’t given an account number nor address of where to send my first payment after closing on the land I was purchasing. I got the amount of monthly payment off of my closing documents only to receive a letter that they had received the payment but that it was the wrong amount. This is not service.

Love this bank. Everyone is so friendly. The branch VP is always willing to assist customers as well. Just all around great people. 👍

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Heather was the only banking agent that made an effort to gain a customer. Other banks I tried first, gave me the information, I felt were disinterested and never reached back out to folllow up on the construction loan we were needing. Along with Heather, her associate Desiree was also amazing! Highly recommend!

The entire process of getting a construction loan was so simple from beginning to end. Heather and her assistant Desiree kept us updated on the status throughout the entire process. We closed in record time and are so grateful to Heather and her staff!
