I had a number of things to do at the teller window today (deposit a check, get cash, account balance, order checks, get a cashiers check) and Tiffany was helping me. She has a wonderfully positive, professional attitude and made sure I understood any charges, and handles everything with a smile. One of the worst experiences I had. My company tried to open a business account and the treatment received by the bank staff was terrible. There is no clear communication about the process , no feedback and even worse customer care. And finally, they tried to blame the Customer! I do not recommend this bank if you are looking for support and good customer care!

Tiffany, Alyssa and Susan are awesome! I visit this bank at least once a week for business deposits. At least one of these ladies help me when I come in. Usually all three of them do. Excellent teamwork. They get me in and out quickly and my transactions always go through flawlessly. Thank you for hiring such wonderful employees.
