One of the worst experiences I had. My company tried to open a business account and the treatment received by the bank staff was terrible. There is no clear communication about the process , no feedback and even worse customer care. And finally, they tried to blame the Customer! I do not recommend this bank if you are looking for support and good customer care!

Absolutely love going to the William D Fitch location. Carrie is always a smiling face and so helpful with anything you need. They hosted an appreciation bash this past week and it was fun to chat with others that worked there too.
Tiffany, Alyssa and Susan are awesome! I visit this bank at least once a week for business deposits. At least one of these ladies help me when I come in. Usually all three of them do. Excellent teamwork. They get me in and out quickly and my transactions always go through flawlessly. Thank you for hiring such wonderful employees.
