truck decided to not turn on :/ , had a mental breakdown went inside to take a deep breath. everyone even the office on duty ask for help , Clare was a hero!! She helped me jump start my truck!! Tina helped also with her sweet word!! All employees are great! So proud to be banking with them 🤍
My sister and Brother Inlaw referred ANB because they have banked there for 15 years so I tried them out, and was very impressed with their service. Ms. Cochran did a wonderful job explaining all the details of the different types of accounts.
They are so friendly at this place they make you feel like family I mean everybody there is If you want to feel like family then you need to do your banking with them
I love the Texas Avenue/Villa Maria branch. Joyce is wonderful. She is so helpful. I feel very special. Customer service is very important to me so visiting this branch is the perfect example of this.
I remotely opened my account which isn't an easy task working not from an office! But the staff helped me thru everything, sending IDs, etc. It was a smooth success. Politeness in the extreme from ANB. I was glad I often heard their ad on the radio and acted on my idea. Now while we're in a foreign country, they help with every country I visit, they are ready to flag my account for "outside" of USA transactions to prevent false fraud reports! Calling in to the bank a REAL person, not an IVR answers. A real POLITE person.
